Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Asvattha.in, we are committed to providing you with healthy, high-quality live plants. Due to the perishable and delicate nature of our products, we have specific policies regarding cancellations, refunds, and replacements to ensure the best possible experience for our customers.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment:

    • You may request a cancellation of your order before it has been shipped. Please contact our customer support immediately at:

  • After Shipment:

    • Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible due to the live nature of the plants.

 

2. Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable Items:

    • All sales are final once shipped. We do not offer refunds for live plants after they have been dispatched.

  • Reason:

    • As plants are perishable and can undergo stress during transit, we cannot ensure their viability upon return. Therefore, returning live plants is not feasible.

 

3. Replacement Policy

  • Damaged or Defective Plants:

    • If you receive a plant that is damaged or in poor condition, we will offer a one-time replacement of the same plant.

  • Conditions for Replacement:

    • Notification Period:

      • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the plant.

    • Proof of Damage:

      • Provide clear photographs of the plant and the packaging it arrived in.

    • Availability:

      • Replacement will be processed once the same plant is back in stock if it's currently unavailable.

  • Procedure:

    • Contact our customer support with your order details and the required photographs.

    • Our team will assess the situation and guide you through the replacement process.

 

4. Exceptions

  • Incorrect Address:

    • We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information before confirming your order.

  • Unclaimed Packages:

    • If a delivery is attempted but unclaimed, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

  • Natural Variations:

    • Plants are natural products; slight variations in color, size, or shape are normal and not considered defects.

 

5. Return Policy

    • Due to the nature of live plants, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.
